Vendor Acceptance

Filling out this application is not a guarantee that you will be accepted. We wish we could host everyone! But, our studio has a very limited amount of space so we will try our best to curate a variety of vendors.

Vendor Fee

Vendor Fee is $10 for 3ft boothshare or $20 for 6 ft booth.

Once confirmed, payment will be requested. If you cannot pay by the deadline, please notify us asap.

Setup and Teardown

Setup begins at 10:30am. We ask that all vendors be set up by 11:50am

Teardown may begin immediately once the event is over at 4pm.

Cancellation

If you can no longer vend, the deadline to cancel is Dec 6th. Any cancellation after the deadline will result in no refund.

no AI policy

AI is not allowed to be on display or for sale at this event. We will not tolerate any use of AI from our vendors. Vendors found to be using AI for social media, logos, or advertising will be removed from the market.
